Your Wellbeing Journey is a UK-based social enterprise structured as a Community Interest Company. Within this structure, any profits made by the organisation are locked into increasing the number of services or kinds of support offered. There are no shareholders and so profits cannot be paid to shareholders. Also, currently no wages are paid. All income from coaching services goes towards maintaining the business and providing the free services.

We are currently offering services / support in three areas:

• Wellbeing (free peer-support meetings and affordable coaching)

• Support for the latter stages of recovery from addiction, addictive behaviour or unhelpful coping strategies through affordable coaching.

• Support with recovery from adverse childhood experience. Our CIC currently runs two peer-led meetings in this area. The first uses the ASCA programme (for adult survivors of childhood abuse). The second is a secular ACA-style meeting using 'The Loving Parent Guidebook' from ACA.
