- "It's your wellbeing and recovery journey"

Our core belief is that it is your wellbeing journey. We believe that you are best placed to decide what works for you, whether your journey involves recovery or not.

We currently offer services and support in four areas:

  • Wellbeing (free peer-support meetings and affordable coaching)

  • Support for the latter stages of recovery from addiction, addictive behaviour or unhelpful coping strategies (affordable coaching

  • Signposting to support with recovery from adverse childhood experience. Our CIC currently supports and promotes community-based peer-led meetings using the ASCA programme.

  • Volunteer programme: we are currently developing a volunteer programme with opportunities within various areas, e.g., admin, research, online presence. Also through this programme we hope to support people who wish to offer their own wellbeing services, e.g., mindfulness, yoga, meditation classes. We see volunteering as a helpful step for many on their own wellbeing journey. Have you trained as a yoga instructor or mindfulness coach, for example? Would you like a platform for offering free classes, possibly as a step on the way to finding employment? Please contact us about this.
